Quick Start Guide

This quick guide will help you set up your ConnectMCT account and start receiving bookings in no time.


✅ Step 1: Log In

If you've reached this step, you should have received your login details via email from the Connect team. Use the link below to log in: Login to ConnectMCT


✅ Step 2: Add Your First Course to the Calendar

The Calendar section is where you'll spend most of your time. Your first step is to add your training courses:

ℹ️ Add multiple courses for the coming months ahead to streamline your schedule and increase visibility.


✅ Step 3: Add Existing Bookings to Courses

Once your courses are in the calendar, import any existing student bookings. This will help you get familiar with the system and take full advantage of its features.

✅ Step 4: Set Up Your Booking Widget


Use the Connect booking widget to enable online bookings directly from your website. Connect does not charge any extra fees or commission.

✅ Step 5: Add the Widget to Your Website

  • Add a "Book Your CBT Online" button to your website using following link: (replace school- name with the extension provided you us)

  • To embed the widget directly into your site using an iframe:

    1. Get your widget URL (e.g. www.rideto.com/widget/school-name/

    2. Use iframegenerator.com to generate the embed code

    3. Paste the code into your site’s HTML or page builder

If your website admin needs help, they can email us directly. If you don’t have a website admin, we may be able to assist with setup on platforms like 1&1 IONOS, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Yell.com and others.

✅ Step 6: Start Receiving Instant Bookings from RideTo

Once your setup is complete, email hello@rideto.com to let us know you're ready. We'll enable instant bookings for your courses on the RideTo platform.
