The orders page is a quick access view of all of your orders. You can quickly view who is training on a day/week/month basis and make sure you have adequate staff availability.

Our partner schools have found that clicking the orders page and viewing training by week is a great way to avoid any staffing issues and keep up to date with your orders.


1. Key Information Displayed On Orders Table

Order table includes key information like order number, course date and type, assigned bike, customer details, payment and order status, with options to edit or delete each record.

 




💡 Tip: Click “View by Week” to get a order overview for the week and avoid staffing shortages.


2. Understanding Order Prefixes  (RT#, DR#, WD#)

Orders that begin with ‘WD#’ are bookings through your own website on the booking widget, order starting with “DR#’ are those manually added by you within Connect and orders with ‘RT#’ are from RideTo. We will be happy to handle any communication with RideTo orders or queries about them.

⚠️ Note: RT# orders require RideTo’s support team for any modifications beyond what Connect allows.


3. Managing Order Information

Click any order number to open the Order Details panel, which shows:

  • Full customer profile & contact history

  • Complete course information & requirements

  • Payment history and current status

  • Booking modification log

  • Special notes (e.g., medical restrictions)

  • Assigned instructor & equipment


4. Editing Order

  1. Click “Edit” in the Actions column

  2. You Can Modify: Course Date/time · · Bike assignment · Payment status

  3. Save Changes

🔔 Notification: Connect will automatically send email/SMS updates to the customer after any edit.
