Easily configure your school’s default course setup, automate communication, and save time when creating new sessions.

The Course Settings section lets you define how new courses are created in Connect by default.
Here, you can set default timings, available spaces, bike numbers, communication templates, and disclaimers — making it easier to keep your calendar consistent and reduce admin time.


⚙️ What You Can Control

Course Settings allow you to manage the following defaults for each course type:

Setting Description
Start Time & Duration Define when your courses start and how long they run (e.g. CBT courses from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
Available Spaces Set the number of student slots available per course.
Bike Availability Choose how many bikes should be automatically assigned for each session.
Communication Templates Link your preferred confirmation and reminder templates to send automatically when a rider books.
Disclaimer Templates Attach a digital disclaimer form that is automatically sent to riders before their training day.


🪄 How to Edit Course Settings

  • Go to Settings → Course Settings from the sidebar.
  • Choose the course type you’d like to configure (for example, CBT or Full Licence).
  • Adjust the fields such as start time, duration, spaces, and bike count.
  • Under Communication Templates, select which Email and SMS templates will be sent automatically when a booking is made.
  • Under Disclaimer Template, attach the form riders must complete before their course.
  • Click Save Changes — your updates apply across your account instantly.

💡 Tip: Once you save your preferences, every new course you create will automatically include these default values.


🧾 Price or Location Changes


If you’d like to update course prices, locations, or add new course types, please contact your Connect Partner. They can apply these changes directly to your account setup.
