📧 1. Email Templates


Use predefined email and SMS templates to automatically or manually reach out to students at every stage of their training journey.

Default Template Types:

  • Booking Confirmation – Sent when a course is booked. Includes date, time, location, and prep info.

  • Booking Reminder – Sent before the course date. Reminds students of the details.

  • Direct Email – Sent manually to students. Useful for follow-ups, updates, or special notices.

How to Create:

  1. Go to Communication > Emails

  2. Click Add template > Add Email Template

  3. Choose template type (Confirmation, Reminder, Direct)

  4. Enter a template name, subject line, and content

  5. Use dynamic fields (e.g. student name, course date)

  6. Save your template



📱 2. SMS Templates

SMS is ideal for urgent, short-form communication. Each message costs 6p and uses a credit-based system.


Template Types:

  • SMS Confirmation – Booking details sent after payment

  • SMS Reminder – Sent before the training day

  • Direct SMS – Custom messages for updates or issues

Creating an SMS Template:

  1. Go to Communication > SMS

  2. Click Add template > Add SMS Template

  3. Select type

  4. Add internal name and message content

  5. Use dynamic fields (e.g. student name, date)

  6. Keep under 160 characters when possible


💳 3. Adding SMS Credits to Your Account

  

To send SMS messages, you’ll need to top up your SMS credits—simply purchase them via Stripe for instant processing.

4. Send E-Mail and SMS Directly From Contacts Page

 

Once you’ve created your templates, simply visit the SMS or Email tab on the Contacts page to send them directly to your students.

Steps:

  • Open Contacts

  • Choose Email or SMS tab

  • Pick a template of use Direct option

  • Edit if needed, then send
